Oil and Gas Accounting - Argent Property Service’s proprietary accounting program tracks and reports production performance, payments and expenses to help maximize clients’ resources.

Division order verification - A division order states the exact payments of oil and gas production to different interest owners of the well. The division order should be written properly for the landowner that is the Argent client, to be paid correctly according to the agreement.

Production Payment verification and audit - Through the APS Oil and Gas accounting system, we track production and verify that the oil company's records match those of the landowner. Even a slight error could result in significant revenue loss.

1099 verification - Correct tax reporting is vital to the landowner. Our staff checks each 1099 for accuracy.
