Oil and gas lease offer valuation - A lease is a contract between the landowner and a company.
Division order verification - A division order states the exact payments of oil and gas production to different interest owners of the well. The division order should be written properly for the landowner, that is the Argent client, to be paid correctly according to the agreement.
APS oil and gas accounting system - This system is state-of-the-art accounting program written specifically for the needs of Argent Property Services. Clients benefit from the program's ability to track production to generate detailed reports that help verify revenue and potential revenue.
Monthly and year-to-date production data verification - Through the APS Oil and Gas accounting system, we have staff that track production and verify that the oil company's records and the record's of the landowner match. The slightest error in production records could result in significant revenue loss.
1099 verification - Correct tax reporting is vital to the landowner and his yearly income from property. Our staff, led by Joe Rainer, verifies each 1099 returned to the landowner to make sure it is accurate.
